If Mr president called iCPC to investigate this particular agency then you can't blankly say he's culpable. The president knows now he has mole in his administration and I believe he will make example of them. Unilateral Tinubu won't know everything, even in organization you depend on the recommendation and report of some subordinates to take some decisions.
