If the mind of a man isn’t engaged because it has been impaired by violence or duress or any other form of rape situation..then he shouldn’t have an erection....So unless induced by drug or chemical, he cannot have sustained erection and still claimed he was raped.....that’s was the discussion...

That's the point, men with this kind of view about Male rape usually applies same logic to female rape as well, probably as a form of justification for some similar things they've done in the past.

A body's response to stimulus DOES NOT in any way equate to consent. It's been proven time and again that Male organ can get turgid under extreme emotions, such as fear or anxiety. A mans mind does not have absolute control of his organs response to stimulus.

You might claim it's not the case for you, where your body responds against will, fine, but you must using yourself as a yardstick for every other man.
