Please I want you to find out why Obasanjo was envious of MKO during 1993 election. Obasanjo had always been like that over the years. That is the definition of the flatheadss; senseless and gullible |

Penguin2: One of the claims made by Tinubu men is that Obasanjo is envious of Tinubu.
But the question is why should Obasanjo envy Tinubu after achieving all these?
And remember he is also a retired military general. You have to consult with a psychologist to figure this out. Even sometimes the chairman of an organization is envious of his driver; you can be well accomplished and still be envious of others. |

ChukwuObe: Only fools dont know that OBJ never wanted any Yorubas to outshine him. And why dont you ask yourself the same question as to why OBJ was against Awolowo and also Abiola to ensure they did not become president? And if if not envy, what is that? Or do you think OBJ is better than Awolowo or Abiola? Just be truthful to yourself.
Those who voted against Yoruba candidates in 1979 and 1999 should not expect Yorubas to vote for their own candidate this time around. It will never happen. Yoruba candidates were not good for you to vote for but you think now that your own candidate are good and that Yorubas will vote for him. It will never happen. Only bastards in Yoruba land will vote for any candidate from the land that refused to vote for Awolowo and Olu Falae Obasanjo's endorsement has no value not only in Yoruba land, but also in the northern part of Nigeria. The man is an old vindictive human being that doesn't forgive or forget. He has had envious issues with Tinubu for over 24 yrs. His endorsement has absolutely nothing to do with Peter Obi and the Igbos; believe it or not, it will simply be a major blow to Obasanjo's legacy if Tinubu ever becomes the next president. Tinubu is not only a better human being, but also a top notch leader when it comes to connecting with all people, respecting all people, listening to every Nigerian at all levels and getting great things done by getting everyone involved (a unique American mindset). So, it is Ok for Obasanjo continue to fool himself, while the great people of Nigeria stay focused on casting their votes to the best candidate. At this point greediness, vindictiveness and lack of foresight can never allow Obasanjo to see past his nose... You do not have to believe me, just ask Obasanjo's children (especially his first son that lost his first wife to his father (Obasanjo). How can I listen to a man that slept with his own son's wife? Give me a break; Obasanjo doesn't have the moral standard or political credentials to tell Nigerians how to cast their votes. Obasanjo should tell Nigerians how $17B power project money disappeared during his final 4 years as the Nigerian president. |

Lade18: Recently met this single lady of one. Been the one footing her bills and sending her daughter (5yrs old) to school. She told me She wouldn't let us have sex until she sees I'm committed and reality love her. Although, that's not the reason I'm talking care of her daughter, I just naturally love to spend for people I care about. Just recently, she's wanting to know how much I give my mom and why I'm the one sending her money when she has a shop and making her money.
Yesterday, she told me I don't love her enough. That, if I can open a shop for my mom , then I can do more for her. But I wasn't the one that opened the shop for her, I just supported her.
Now, we had sex for the first time last month and has been denying me sex since then. Yesterday, she came around and I initiated sex, she denied. She told me if we're ever gonna be together, I should learn how to be a man. In her world, being a man involve me cooking, laundry, take her out, and clean. I told her that's cool. But I don't know what a woman will be doing in a House if she's not working while I'm the one footing her bills. If I ask her this, she would get angry.
My fellow men, why are the requirements for sex getting on the increase these Days? Is that they way it's supposed to be? You are a stupid man for wasting time and money on a woman that will never love or respect you. It is that simple… |

It is part of Yoruba culture to acknowledge your elders out of respect, especially when you’re about to make a big move. For this reason, Tinubu did what is right when he visited Obasanjo for a peace mission. I’m not surprised that the Igbos don’t understand this basic protocol, as they respect nothing, including themselves. |

Obj is a vindictive old man, he hardly forgives or forgets things. The man doesn’t like jagaban from day one. He has tried everything to attack and debase this man for many years, but nothing seems to work.
What OBJ doesn’t understand is, you can’t endorse a clueless and confused man just because you have personal issues with the main and promising candidate. We can’t move the country forward with this kind of despicable mindset. You endorse the right man for the job…Peter Obi who can’t handle Anambra or the FlatHeadsss wants to handle Nigeria as a whole.. ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE.
Message to OBJ: We need a LION to lead this nation and not a cat. Obj should find another way to settle the score with Jagaban. Giving up the country to the hopeless, greedy, senseless, ungrateful confused FlatHeadsss is not an option.

Obasanjo has endorsed 2 presidents that did not do much to help the situation in Nigeria; one was very sick (Yaradua), while the other one was as useless as a screen door on a submarine (Jonathan). During Jonathan’s era, $20 billion disappeared without any trace. For this reason, I will not accept obasanjo’s endorsement …the man is not God. In fact, Obasanjo was indirectly responsible for the election of Bihari… Simply because Jonathan that obasanjo endorsed did so poorly, Nigerians were extremely desperate for a change, and for a disciplinary president, that was how President Bihari was elected.
So, Absolutely NO to obasanjo’s endorsement |

WHERE PETER OBI AND HIS OBITUARY SUPPORTERS GOT IT ALL WRONG:
To win an election you need unity among all people and a tested strategy. It is not science that majority carries the vote, this is why it becomes very important to embrace everyone from every part of the country. THE IGBOS and their local champion, Peter Obi SIMPLY DON’T HAVE THE BASIC COMMON SENSE TO FIGURE THIS OUT.
Making senseless noise, attacking voters and abusing candidates mostly do not win election, but heavily motivate more voters from the other side to go out and vote for their candidates.
Even President Obama refused to focus his election campaign on just black people. The man is brilliant enough to clearly understand that black votes (just like Igbo votes) were not going to be enough to win a presidential election. This was when Obama and his team came up with a strategy that promoted unity among all the voters and redirected them towards a common goal “YES WE CAN”. The same slogan was also embraced amongst Latinos in its Spanish form “Sí se puede” But the igbos and their candidate Peter Obi do not have sense…they are so greedy, self-centered, and ungrateful, therefore, seeing further than their noses becomes extremely challenging.
Instead of constantly embarrassing themselves and their candidate, their key to a presidential election victory should have simply been respecting and embracing all people, especially the Yorubas. But the pigs missed their chances.
Insha-Allah, the igbos will be disappointed once again in 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.
Now that the Igbos have stepped all over every single ethnic groups in the country, especially the Hausas and the Yorubas, the big question is, what is the igbos’ plan B if Jagaban or Atiku wins the election? What is next for this hopeless group of people? Something tells me that they will suffer and publicly eat all the mess they have vomited. Only time will tell, but I can’t wait |

Politics › Re: Peter Obi: Why Some People Are Against Me by zomby(m): 2:15pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
I am against Peter Obi simply because as a leader he did not step up to calm down the uncivilized obituary supporters who were unnecessarily attacking anyone that shared a different view or different candidate. Peter Obi waited until the damage could not be reversed. As result, peter Obi lost 90% non-Igbo voters (especially the non-igbos youths). That for me shows that the man is not a leader; he is not the right person to lead a very complicated country like Nigeria at this very critical moment.
The igbos can’t win a presidential election by themselves, peter Obi should have stepped up to ensure that his supporters were not attacking the voters that he needed to win the election.
Peter Obi openly embraced the uncivilized disrespectful obituary supporters until it’s too late to correct the major mistake... In my humble opinion, the man is either immature or extremely inexperienced to completely understand the fundamental problem a divided country is up against. We can all see what is constantly taking place in Anambra and the rest of the Yeast. Lack of experience Lack of leadership skills Lack of vision Lack of unity Lack of common sense Lack of effective strategy
It is not smart to always base everything on sentiments and emotions..You’ve got to use your brain.
So, for this reason I SAY NO TO PETER OBI Let him first go and figure out the issues they are facing in the yeast; why most igbos had to stay in Lagos for the Xmas holiday |

LegendHero: Like I said on the other thread, the Nigeria media will milk everything out of this Wike G5 endorsement.
—Wike set to meet Tinubu and endorse him
—G5 split apart, divided on who to endorse between Peter Obi and Tinubu
—G5 in talks with Peter Obi on possible alliance
—Tinubu jet out to London to meet G5 governor
—Obasanjo finally dwell on G5 governors to endorse Peter Obi
—Bola Tinubu fail to meet G5 terms, alliance set to endorse Peter Obi
—At last, G5 governors finally throw their weight behind Tinubu
—With promise to nominate 20% of Tinubu cabinet, G5 led by Wike endorse Tinubu
—Wike set to campaign with Tinubu in Lagos rally. I knew from the very beginning that wike was not going to stay with PDP or support Atiku. Tinubu remains a master strategist; for sure it isn’t what you do, but all about how it is done. It wouldn’t have mattered if Wike had crossed over 2 or 4 months ago…The key here is the timing of Wike’s announcement to cross over to support Tinubu. Obviously Wike doesn’t have any respect for Atiku and his 30 yrs ambition to lead Nigeria. Wike also happens to be too smart to waste his time joining the Losers’ Party (LP). It isn’t personal, seasoned politicians tend to flow with a winner. Expect Wike to complete the cross over to APC process between the first and second week of January. |

VGlobal: WORKING & LIVING WITH NIGERIANS ABROAD
Being a Ghanaian, I’ve had this bad impression about Nigerians. I grew up in Ghana thinking Nigerians were negative energies around anyone. I was literally brainwashed mostly by the media to see Nigerians as thieves, murderers, scammers, etc. But after 6 years of working and associating with Nigerians outside of Ghana, the following are what I’ve found and discovered about them. I’m writing this not because my best friend back in the UK is a Nigerian, and not because my senior manager and team lead at my present employer are Nigerians. This is my honest observation!
Arguably, if you put the average Ghanaian and a Nigerian under the same conditions and environment, the Nigerian would undoubtedly outperform the Ghanaian. They are bold, smart and have this relentless quest and effort for learning and perfecting their craft. What a Nigerian cannot do does not exist. I started a DevOps Engineering program for a career alternative and Nigerians especially their women from different career fields constitute about 60% of the class. I was scared to take this step—to move from risk management to pure IT but I was shocked to see Nigerians in nursing, HR, journalism, sales, etc here in Canada taking on the challenge. I quickly reached out to most of my Ghanaian friends but none seem to be interested. This is a fortune field in IT….and when I asked these Nigerians why many of them are here, they told me “this is the surest way to make money by doing less”. Truth is, if you’re starting anything abroad and there’s no Nigerian in it, just know that that thing has no promise . A Nigerian wouldn’t attempt what doesn’t bring any monetary gain or value to them!
I’ve noticed that a Nigerian wouldn’t lie to you unless they’re scared of you or stand to gain something exceedingly beneficial from doing so. This confirms why the most genuine and honest folks I’ve ever associated with outside of Ghana are Nigerians. When a Nigerian is sharing an opportunity with you, they disclose everything dito-dito. They withhold nothing—they tell you as it is. My people would give you a half information and still be all over the place saying that they’ve helped you. You have no idea how many Ghanaians have made themselves demi-gods out here because they’ve been here for ages and feel everything must be ran through them. If you don’t go their way, you’re a target for gossip!
A Nigerian sees an opportunity in every situation, and it cuts across. They’re mostly interested in building a sustainable business than for a quick profit. This explains why wherever there are both Ghanaian and Nigerian traders, the Nigerian merchandise would cost less than the Ghanaian—even if they have the same suppliers. I see that here in Calgary at the various African markets.
Show me any work environment or office without a Nigerian and I’ll show you a work that’s less fulfilling and rewarding. The energy around Nigerians is positive and motivating. Nothing scares them than failure so they work hard for success because success is greatly celebrated in their culture. Where I come from, if you’re making any progress, there’s 100% chance you’ll lose 99% of your friends—they’ll spread lies about you out of dislike. Some would also attribute your progress to things other than your personal efforts. “You see that girl, she’s being chopped by so so and so person. You see that guy, he’s an occult. You see that guy, he’s rushing in life. Etc”. Your own family would turn themselves into avowed enemies—praying to see you fail so that they’ll use you as a bad example like “you see that guy, he was rushing in life but see how he’s crushed like a fragile glass.” My people have a long way to go. They must know that it’s okay for anyone irrespective of age to be great at what they do. In fact, people can build a fortune at age 40 or less through genuine means. Let’s inhale some positivity!
We glorify timidity, ignorance and sycophancy as signs of humility but Nigerians encourage boldness, assertiveness and being daring. If there’s a Nigerian in your trade or profession, get closer, you’ll learn a lot from them. I’ve learned a lot from my association with them and I’m always grateful for having one as my direct supervisor at work!
~The End~ By Jay Kwashie Fantastic observation/ experience; I hope you’ll never meet a Nigerian Igbo… We call them FlatHeadsss |
