You've just brought back some of my childhood memories, during those days there was a girl in my class at Adisa Bashua primary school surulere Lagos who has it as a toy, it was fascinating seeing my darling Voltron on the desk of my and it was fun seeing her dismantle the robot into five huge lions. I never forget how I kept record of the time and days Voltron and other programs are aired, it was so much fun.

Out of the 100s of thousands of Nigerians living in the UK, Obi was able to gather perhaps 30 of them. What a shame

I thought you agbado munching miscreants whose brains have been typically damaged by BATeria were shouting on this same NL that he cannot go to London again for fear of getting arrested and deported and here he is not only going but also giving lectures in two different universities and instead of you to hide your head in shame you're trying to be smart. Well it's not your fault, you don't have anymore shame in you because of brain damage occasioned by excessive BATeria.

Please leave this long epistle, what do you have to say concerning to the fake $600 million investment by Maesrk

emkz:

If anyone from the Niger-Delta comes across the thread, please remember that some of you voted for Peter Obi. Peter Obi has demonstrated he is against the progress of the Niger Delta communities. The bulk of the funds for running our economy comes from the Niger Delta. But he says a big project to criss-cross the Niger Delta is a misplaced priority.

Note that the US spent their way out of recession through the New Deal which focused on massive infrastructural development across board, including roads. There is no nation interested in progress that is currently not engaged in one form of infrastructural development or the other. But the one which is 60 years old overdue in Nigeria, Peter Obi is fighting it, simply because he lost election.

If he didn't build anything meaningful in Anambra, I think it is disingenuous to fight against something being built through the Niger Delta. Thanks to Tinubu's ingenuity, Lagos is undergoing massive infrastructural development and embarking on an audacious railway project which the likes of Rufai Oseni would condemn.

Peter Obi doesn't want the progress for the Niger Delta. He just wants to get the votes and use anti-developmental and archaic ideas to ruin this country completely.

Only vote for those who want progress to be in your land. With this tweet, Peter Obi has shown he is not interested in that.

As for the Landmark CEO who has been all over the place making noise, can he show us documents where the shorelines and beaches in his location were ceded to him? If he violated the right of way, it is evil for him to complain. The best thing to do was to meet and find ways to relocate his business or shift to an area where the coastal highway won't pass. When I travelled through Accra-Cape Coast highway, part of which was adjacent to the ocean, it was a beautiful sight with the blue waters! Guess what? Beaches still functioned!!

Just to add, a road network is also a delight for businesses. Food can easily be transported from rural areas to urban centers and those in rural communities would make good money.

But Peter Obi does not want this.

Begin to show us data that shows the migration rate of igbos to Lagos in the past 20 years, let us compare if the rates are reducing or not. One thing is certain many people do not fancy Lagos again, this is not the 90s bro. Stop being dense.

I lived there in the 80s and early 90s but guess what I can't even spend up to 4 days there right now, whenever I'm in the country I'm always in a haste to leave Lagos and rush home to my darling Anambra state.
You can't sleep well at night with noise of i pass my neighbor generator everywhere not to talk of the overpopulation and traffic jams here and there.

Sometimes one would wonder what motivates you guys to be making some threads.

You could have stayed put in your home state had it been it's conducive like Lagos state, even if your state is not conducive, are you saying other states from your region is not conducive to relocate to.

How many years have you spent in Lagos state compared to your home state? So no place like home has been eradicated from una philosophy of life?

You see where the big hypocrisy lies

Keep quiet, every indigene has right to live in whatever part of the country he deems fit, it's not anyone's fault that you refused to move out of your enclave to discover other parts of the country, you're there in Lagos typing rubbish with your borrowed data while the so called gala and chewing stick seller is making fortunes with their hustle in your own backyard and because you can't measure up with them, you're jealous of their progress.
Don't worry heart attack is not far from you and your kinds

Religion / Re: Photos: christians perform drama depicting the crucifixion of Christ in Nigeria by Zona123(m): 12:09pm On Mar 30
MuslimIgbo:
IF Deuteronomy 24:16 says that no man can die for other man’s sins, how come Jesus died for my sins?

WHY WILL ALMIGHTY GOD, ALL FORGIVING GOD, ALL POWERFUL GOD, ALL LOVING NEED THE BLOOD AND SACRIFICE OF AN INNOCENT MAN FOR HIS OWN ATONEMENT AND APPEASEMENT?
I don't know why you're asking these questions, whether for more knowledge or for an argument but whatever the case, yes indeed according to Deuteronomy 24:16, every man will suffer for his own sin and not for those of other people.
The term you used '"Die" doesn't mean physical death as every one living now will surely die at one point in time .

The death being talked about here is eternal punishment for unrepentant sinners. It is appointed for man to die once after which comes judgement Hebrews 9:27.
After the judgment Matthew 25:46 comes in for those who did not meet the criteria of spending eternity with God. That's eternal punishment (punishment that has no end)
And revelation 20:14 and 15 calls it the second death.
Christ death on the cross was for us an atonement for our sins because he who has no sin gave his life for sinners. Christ is not just man but also God and you know how his conception and birth took place, different from ours because his mother knew no man but conceived him while still a virgin, so he has no sin or guile, he's the the lamb without blemish who took away the sin of men and if you continue in your sin you're only telling God that you don't agree with his work of redeeming you that you want him to leave you to continue the way you're and you already know the consequences of that?.

Your second question is because you don't understand the plan of God to save us from experiencing the second death, God is all loving, all merciful, all forgiving like you rightly stated that's why he wants us to be saved because he's a good God, before now bloods of goats and sheep were usually used for atonement for sin but God discovered that those bloods are not without stain and does not really remove sin, then he decided that something should be done quickly to create a gateway for mankind to return to him after the physical death, so Christ volunteered to offer himself as a once and for all sacrifice without stain just to be that gateway by which we can return to God after life here on earth.
That's why though he posseses the power to stop his crucifixion or defend himself before Pontius Pilate, he didn't attempt to do that he surrendered himself willingly because his focus is on redeeming mankind and not what he has to go through in realizing that.
And you know what happened on the third day, he overcame death and grave and rose to life. Alleluia
