If you look very well, you will notice they are not the same.

@OP, about the dressing part, I learnt that a long time ago. Always dress smart, be on suit always. If I am going to miss out on a job, it won't be for dressing. Most times, I buy new suits for any job interview I'm scheduled for. You can never get it wrong with a suit.

The day I went for the interview of my current job, though was on corporate BUT I didn't dress smart cos I didn't wear suit, I didn't know anyone in the company, but I was fully prepared and 100% confident to answer all questions thrown at me.

I got the job by the grace of God after 3 rounds of interviews within 2weeks and later discovered that one of the interviewer was the guy that resigned from the post I applied for, moreso the HR was also wowed at the way I answered the whole questions.

Finally, your CV also matters. I got mine perfectly drafted by "@benjom the writer at exceptional CV" and it was what got me an audience to be interviewed as they had already interviewed 5 applicants.

So after you have prepare yourself, it's the grace of God that finalize things.
