When i first registered to Nairaland, i tried my best to get the attention of the big names in Nairaland like seun, bashr8, aljharem, Ileke-Idi, afam4eva . But for other characters OP mentioned i never possessed those characters.

Almost every newbie likes to get quoted by the established nairaland because it's a kinda validation. It's even better if your post gets commended by these oldies.

1. you wonder how to post topics.
2. you get annoyed when nobody replies your topic in the next 30 minutes.
3. you get angry when people comment pb4, pds, wtf, trash, e.t.c on your topic.
4. you wonder how to add friends and quickly get a guy/lady to love/like you.
5. you want to know if you are recognized at all.
6. you feel important when your topic is a hot topic (100 replies)
7. you ponder if addicts/heroes are being payed or awarded for their posts.
8. you feel bad if your post is not on the front page.
9. you expect admin to send you a message complimenting your progress.
10. you view a lot of topics and pass without commenting but expecting your number of posts to increase.
11. you feel like a "star" when you comment, posted b4 on someones topic.
If u have any of these signs, you are a true new beans newbie.

so when i going to start commenting again on nairaland. too many ban isnt neccesary i think. it makes ppl to be restricted and its against media practice

Got to NL for weeks made a post and got so much contribution,even got a mail from a moderator and met three people from NL,we have been friends since after our meeting,though,the spam shi*t kicked my ass and i had to get a new ID.It`s quite interesting,if you want to remain here,be urself and don`t expect anything from anybody,just catch fun and never put yourself down as a result of attack on your post or comment by any member of NL.....4 me it`s fun all d way.
