I am not a prophet of doom but neither do i live in a fool's paradise. This article is not predisposed on the prediction of CIA about the violent break up of Nigeria, nor is it based on rocket science, rather, this is a survey conducted by a concerned Nigerian. We all know about the history of Nigeria; how the british came and exploited us. In 1914, they amalgamated the north and south mainly for selfish economic reasons, without even consulting the constituent aborigens. Then came the 1950's and their empire began to crumble, India got independence and many African countries began emancipation struggles including Nigeria but while Ghana got theirs in 1957, the North through Ahmadu Bello, sabotaged ours. Zik and Awolowo kept on, and in 1960, their struggle paid off but alas the most intellectually bereft amongst the trio, who equally sabotaged the struggle, was mandated to rule! Which he passed to his brother Tafawa Balewa and BORN TO RULE mantra began! 1966 coup and counter coup took place, the most senior millitary officer, Ogundipe, was shoved aside because he was not born to rule and Gowon ruled. Apart from Obasanjo's interregnum, the 'born to rule northerners' were in successive dominion over the 'born to serve southerners until democrasy in 1999. Yar'adua, a born to rule, died in office and GEJ, was almost stopped, since he was not from the born to rule enclave! 2011 polls came and GEJ defeated Buhari, a born to rule candidate and hell was let loose and with it hundreds of Nigerians including corps members perished. Now again, they have warned GEJ to steer clear of 2015 or baboons and monkeys would be soaked in blood! And for all intent and purpose GEJ would contest and history would repeat itself! If you are a southerner and you are still leaving in the North, now is the time to make hay. They will try to either assassinate GEJ or stage a coup but both will fail and GEJ will contest again and win, then........,
