i tink u may be right ..but d question is wen wil d audit go round the state?.,most LGAs hv'nt even been given a date for their audit exercise (mine included)..dat means by d tym they hv gone round,we may b talkin abt august /sept.,jeez...at least they should hv paid worker bein owed d month of april 2 alleviate their suffering b4 completin dz audit',,,this is way too insensitive.

I strongly disagree with those insinuating that salaries are delayed due to the on going auditing exercise. This is a periodic exercise that's done for administrative purposes irrespective of old or new staff & has no bearing as to when payment vouchers are to be utilised & salaries released.

I also disagree with the reason of auditing giving as an excuse of the salary delay. Is the audit peculiar to only teachers? If No, why are other civil servants not collected their salaries? Does Pensioners need to do the so called audit too?

my brother by, this audit started even b4 Wide emerged as governor. Those carrying such rumour is purely their own opinion which is led on pure assumption. Degeme LGA did theirs when Ameachi was on sit.
