"In the 1 1/2 years since the allegations surfaced, four soldiers have stood trial in military courts-martial. Two made plea agreements with military prosecutors for sentences ranging from 90 to 100 years. A third soldier was sentenced to five years in prison but will not serve more than 27 months. A fourth soldier, who challenged the charges, was sentenced to 110 years." http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/APStories/stories/D8TGRJ700.html# |

hollandis: @hollandis, Don't mind those rape apologists, they'll never admit anything bad coming from America. Confused souls that have sold their pathetic souls to el Diablo. Those soldiers deserve life sentences. I'm strongly opposed to the death penalty and won't recommend it in this case, inasmuch as I'll want to. |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by babasin(m): 2:44pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
this is good punishment. But what did the Girl get? It should be nothing less than $10mil compensation. |

RichyBlacK:Its very painful.BTW the US Army plans to open a base in Africa. They are in need of volunteer countries. |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by RichyBlacK(m): 2:47pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
hollandis: Green was the mastermind. All indications are that he'll get the death penalty - his is a textbook case of one who is eligible for the gallows. To further complicate his case, he was discharged before the allegations were brought up, and so he is being tried in federal courts. His colleagues were tried in US military courts, reputed for strong hesitance in applying the death penalty - not so with US federal courts. However, the 2009 trial date was to buy time and maybe reduce the atrociousness of his crime. |

@RichyBlack You forgot to link us to news reports concerning trial of Nigerian soldiers who have been raping women in the Niger-Delta.Any such trial you know of,or don't Nigerian women register in your concern? The irony is that those nations who even attempt to punish their troops for misdeeds are lampooned while in most parts of the world-Chechnya,DRC Congo,Ossetia,Kashmir,Darfur,Ogaden,Niger-Delta,Colombia,CAR,Chad,e.t.c-none of the nations involved have been known to prosecute their soldiers for sexual crimes. |

babasin: "Based on reports, after the rape the lower part of Abeer’s body [the rape victim], from her stomach down to her feet, was set on fire. The fire eventually spread to the rest of the room and the smoke alerted neighbors who ran to tell Abu Firas Janabi, Abeer’s uncle, that the farmhouse was on fire and that dead bodies could be seen inside the burning building. Janabi and his wife rushed to the farmhouse and doused some of the flames to get inside. Upon witnessing the scene inside, Janabi went to a checkpoint guarded by Iraqi soldiers to report the crime." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahmudiyah_incident @babasin, The girl was brutally murdered after the brutal rape. She was set on fire! These children of el Diablo take no prisoners! Monstrosity at its peak; evil without end; wickedness in high places! |

Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Iman3(m): 3:06pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
@Richy Guff You have no links because the country we both hail from prefer to sweep the rapes of women under the carpet.Any body with a conscience would be more outraged about a nation that doesn't punish the rape of its women than a nation puts its soldiers on trial. Keep being an idiot, how many soldiers were tried for all the rapes of thousands of women during the Nigeria-Biafra war. This your cultural identity crisis is getting out of hand, keep fighting for Arab women when your own people are being raped without a word from the Nigerian Govt. |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Iman3(m): 3:10pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
@Richy I once suggested that you are probably the product of one of those Igbo women raped by Hausa soldiers during the war.Your identity crisis is troubling. So the US that deals with its soldiers misdeeds is of greater concern to you than your country that never lifts a finger? Our girls are not even safe on University campuses and you are engaging in an imbecilic frenzy over Iraqi women |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by hollandis(f): 3:13pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
I-man: I man ,are you a Nigerian?why do you keep saying ,"your this, your that your country" If you are really a Nigerian Then you are a complete FOOL no apologies |

@hollandis After spending your time engaging in a bit of online onanism, you then proceeded to link us to some porn sites as proof of historical accuracy. You are a rabid cretin. www.iraqibabes.com indeed. |

I-man: See this big fool, first off my mom is not Igbo. Secondly, I have no Hausa ties. You're just suffering from frustration. Admit that all rape is bad not just rape by Nigerian soldiers but rape by your master's soldiers! |

Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Iman3(m): 3:24pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
RichyBlacK: All rape is bad but I am less bothered about nations that seek to deal with their problems than those that sweep it under the carpet.Impunity ensures that sex crimes are more frequent Why are you denying your ancestral links? Dumb Arab wannabe! So what if your mum isn't an Igbo woman? Is she Arab?you wishAren't you troubled that no single person has been prosecuted for all those rapes during the war and currently in the Niger-Delta? There is some element of deviance required to turn a blind eye to rape going on in your own nation. |

I-man: Well, I'm holding my peace for now regarding your escalation of our beef to my parents. Abusing ones parents is a whole different level, one in which I choose to hesitate before going into. I have mailed a report to the moderator of this site, Seun Osewa, so that appropriate action is taken. |

hollandis: Are you avoiding my questions?? @Hollandis, I asked you 5 questions and you are yet to answer even a single one. Should I take it that this is just your way of saying this is a false claim?? @Hollandis |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Nobody: 3:44pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
This story makes no sense and also makes a mockery of Hollandis' so-called intelligence. 1. If this "picture" indeed were real it would be a huge story here in the US and the soldiers involved standing trial for rape and assault. All 3 can be clearly identified if indeed they are US soldiers. 2. Can Hollandis tell us what branch of the US army uses that type of millitary fatigue. |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Nobody: 3:45pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
Rape is an evil crime against women and thank God America punishes the perpetrators to the full extent of the law. It should not be tolerated or excused Richyblack has just proven that America is equal to that task. However, hollandis ought to disappear into oblivion for posting a porn picture deceptively and still has the audacity to talk without shame. The kinky reverend and others have found him out to be a big liar. In America,a man sleeping with an underaged girl is thrown in prison where he rightly belongs. In the middle east and northern Nigeria,it is called marriage. |

Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Nobody: 3:53pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
I-man: WORD! I couldn't agree more Is rape even a crime in Nigeria? They'll simply ask the woman why and how she brought this evil upon herself and the case is closed |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by RichyBlacK(m): 3:54pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
nwando: That is it! Rape is an evil crime. How do we make progress when some, blinded by insane loyalty to America, will not admit that such a crime is evil, even after the US military courts have sentenced the perpetrators to jail? Asking stupid questions like "What is the name of those accused of the rape?" before admitting that rape by Americans is just as evil as rape by Nigerians, is just pathetic. |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Nobody: 3:58pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
nwando: at least they even tried, in some "countries" the rape victim is given 60 lashes and sentenced to prison. Can Hollandis pls tell us what branch of the US army uses that military fatigue? |
Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Kobojunkie: 3:58pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
Here are the questions again @Hollandais, Cause I would love to see additional information to prove your claim there.

Re: The Rape Of Iraqi Women By Us Soldiers by Nobody: 4:03pm On Dec 28, 2007 |
My brother Richyblack the 2 individuals I would love to see castrated in a market square are Rapists and molesters of children. I don't know anyone in their right minds that'll condone it. I man and others did not condone it,they only pointed out that hollandis was deceptive. At least America punishes rapists what is Nigeria and Darfur doing? Do you know Uday and Quasay, the sons of Saddam had several women chained to their bed posts as sex slaves and such practices are common amongst the royal Saudi families. How about 6 and 9 year olds married off to 50 year old men because some "prophet" said it was best for a girl to have her first menses in her husbands house? America is no heaven and they do punish crimes against women, the rest of the world ought to follow suite |
