2nd question: its wasnt just me, but 150 others! They kept on saying today is the final interview day n all that,,, so i would assume ther training starts next week

The qstn here is that are you doing CBT or final Chat? Cos it seems you are mixing tinz up.

@Relixy have u gone to MTN apapa? If not try and go, meet any of the coordinators, explain to them dat u haven't been called. Its possible they skipped ur name mistakenly. Since pple are still doin CBT, they should be able to do something.

joelala: yea been there too,did the phone interview, computer based, and last called in for a chat,which i flawed perfectly...got a text few days later congratulating me on my success and training date will be communicated in due course ..and guys this all happened around june/july this year...so the 2weeks you were told for training to commence is not visible,cos the guys we did it all still calls me to ask if i've gotten a call yet from MTN/CNSSL..well as for me ave moved on,gotten a job with MULTICHOICE....as for you guys waiting on them, wish u all good luck, but try look elsewhere and dont just sit back feeling all comfortable...thats wat i did and here i am with DSTV...all the best.

Eventually we were called around may 2012, so it might not be as fast as you think except CNSSL has changed.

Budding is a process where you learn your work applications in groups with someone who is more experienced on the job. For the training, you are taken through courses like GSM Architecture, Quality Assurance, MTN products & services, customer service series and so on. You will write 3 assessments during the training and your average score should not be less than 80, but its easy sha.

i did it on d 6th of September(thursday). first interview @ apapa
