In view of the above reasons; Igbos should be given territories in all of the 36 states of the federation with securities consisting of: Army barracks around the perimeters of their dwellings, Legal protection: to avoid any interference by subsequent govt, and Certificate of ownership for all properties they purchases within the defined territories as the case may be. All to prove that Nigeria is a single entity and avoid marginalisation. Any contrary opinion?

Absolutely, why NOT? But only in iboland and their villages! They can form vigilante to give whatever protection they want among themselves. That said, all the houses built in another man's land will either have to be carried on their heads when they are told to leave, destroyed, bought or confiscated.
