Just confirming now from admission office that Economics department has finally shortlisted and that the list has been sent to pg school. It was also revealed that there were too many first class applicants for admission into the department. It is therefore going to be very tough for 2one applicants (I fall into this category) to scale through. I believe that in spite of this development, 'what will be will be'.

I really am becoming very disappointed in UI. I heard they are having their matriculation on Friday and they still have not published a confirmed or final list of admitted candidates and, the dept. of Economics I don't know or can't really tell whether or not have shortlisted or contacted their recommended candidates.If really they're matriculating on friday, then I think it's a wrong way to handle d rest of us that haven't known our fate as regards the UI admission thing. I miss my alma mater, something like this rarely happens. Nothing personal Oooo, just tired.

I have been reccomended Msc physics since January 10th But the status has not changed online... Will I still have to wait for the admission letter to be ready as directed by the admission office

Equador: I applied into Biochemistry, they acknowledge d reciept of my application, transcript and eligiblity, but I'v heard nothin more ever since. I wish to kno if anybody hav been updated more than that.

Some departments didn't write Entrance examination nor interview. Psychology 4 instance didn't do any. So I think your department is one of such department, the criteria 4 selection or recommendation, I hear is by ur CGPA. The stronger it is, the higher ur chances of recommendation.....

It is well dear. Be rest assured that God's plans for Ɣ☺ΰ is the best. He alone sees the end from the beginning. Ɣ☺ΰ never know what GOD has delivered Ɣ☺ΰ from and nothing happens by chance.

Ɣ☺ΰ not getting the admission means the path to ur gloroius destiny isn't I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ UI. Please be encouraged.

He checked at the department (Economics) but, he was asked if I was present for their screening test. The point is, Economics had a form of pre-admission test but, more like they just sampled some persons. Congratulations again to those who are successful and best of luck to the rest of us.

i'll advice u go the the dept to inquire abt that, cos i went straight to my dept. And pls, i av a friend who also applied to psychology and her status is yet to be updated, it's still not recommended, how did yu check ur name? Pls enlighten me more abt it
