Just joined the forum. Just to add, that your adice is not only
timely but indeed should serve as a guide post. I only wish to add, that
that fraudsters should realise that there are scientific and proven ways
of using computer evidence to convict criminals.

People who fail prey to scammers must first seek to investigate and
locate the source of these scams. Where the police cannot help due to shortage
of resources, private consultants with expertise in this area can help. If scammers
know they can be traced and found out, 419 scams is likely to reduce.
