Why is nobody speaking my mind..if my toothbrush does get missing or something,I keep using it,hv used dis present one for lyk a year now,will change it wen it gets missing if not ride on

I cnt rememba d last tym i changed my own, and it is stil strong nd effectiv. Stil proud of my white big teeth nd my black gums. Lol!

The recommended time frame is usually 3 months. but i'm sure alot of ppl use it for more a year or so

I use 'dogo yaro' chewing stick so i dont care how long it lasts. Anytime the stick finish, i climb tree, select another badt one... wink

I use my car brush for my teeth, i change my car bush every 2 months. Car brush and hypo, best combination. Lol

back to topic. 3 months is ok.

Ideally, people should brush their teeth at least twice a day. If you tend to eat often during the day or nibble on unhealthy snacks and beverages between meals, additional brushings are recommended. As brushing alone is often not enough, daily flossing and additional oral hygiene practices are also recommended.
