As at Saturday evening, the group has collected close to 70,000 signatures. But how these efforts will persuade President Jonathan not to sign the bill into law, remains to be seen. I don't see the need for the gay law in the first place, it's just the introduction of the 5000 naira note. Nigerians are too homophobic for an anti-gay law to be in place.
