As of 8am in the morning police me and other secuirity personels are seen covering grounds to insure a fair enviroment. Despite the very estremely low turnout, each party agent are seen seated in every polling unit. Acreditation already started at 9am, but at 10:30am i was the 15th person to get acredicated showing how low the turnout is. Many people who had been talk to say they don't feel like voting cause the know the Governor already has his list . Time shall tell.
