1,delete everything around you that gets you in the mood, i mean from friends, video, pictures and even audios. Remember

Stop watching movies that has sex scenes till you are sure you've regained your self control.

2, if u hold up for a little while lets say few days, weeks, or months, and then falter at any point, don't give up on urself, remembering

And also don't give up on God remembering. 1John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

First have this knowledge that Christ has given all for your freedom and all you need to do is to stand your ground in that freedom Romans 6:12-14

Secondly be more involved in HIS business and the things that get you closer to Him.
Lastly always be assured of His love and trust His grace.
