I've been home alone so i've been cooking for me. Nothing tasking and mostly repetitive in nature. I've wouldnt eat so light if hubby were around. I managed eba and bitterleaf soup the other day but its been mostly rice and couscous. 2 Likes |

Re: Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE! by cococandy(f): 11:21pm On Jan 25, 2016 |
TheArchangel:I've a video that I followed. Can't really type out the recipe now. So I'll post the link for you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8NVqDQZWgk To use your oven, just press the 'bake' button, it'll start blinking and then you increase or decrease to the temperature you want. Press start and it will preheat first, then start baking. You take it out when it's cooked (according to the recipe you're following) then press 'cancel' Or 'off' And that's it. I baked the bread at 300•c for 25 mins 1 Like 3 Shares |

back2sender:Boil it until the water is dry and it's thick like a paste but not burnt. Then you can warm it up regularly. (Once a day) It will stay good that way. 1 Like |

back2sender:This was the method I used while serving in the North Boil the blended tomatoes till almost dry. Scoop into sizeable containers that you can use in one go. Do not fill to the brim. Top the tomatoes with oil. It will last forever. 2 Likes |

cococandy: I don't know who that is but if i was, i would have this ID because i have been banned too often because of my vocal comments on the way Nigerians think. So i decided to open countless id's to express myself. I would have tried to explain to the MOD's that banning doesn't solve anything. All it does is give a bogus membership count. It's not as if there is any monetary value to having one ID. That is if i was this bollinger or whoever that is. Anyway, how've you been? |

Dear Cococandy, Today I tried to make puffpuff your way. I dreamt of it being golden colored. Perhaps vanilla flavored. I checked your recipe that I shared. I mixed it up buh it didnt have an actual volume of water to use. I debated whether to ask or use my discretion. I should have asked All I got was puffpuff that looked like a wet rag! Oil wet though. Maybe I should call them oil puffs I ate my oilpuffs with tissue paper to squeeze the oil. My son helped me to eat like a couple. My husband did not even touch it I gave some to my neighbours I won't be surprised or angry if I see them in the bin tomorrow. Please how much water should I use for 250g of flour. And how much sugar too? Thanks. 3 Likes |

Oh dear. Sorry to hear that. 3/4 cups of water would be enough for 250 grams of flour I suppose. Most times I eyeball it no definite measurement. Just until it's a very thick paste. sugar is usually to taste. Some like more or less. Try 1/2 to 3/4 or 1 cup of sugar depending on your palate. If you saw that video I attached, you'd see the consistency it's supposed to be at for it to turn out nice. See it here. This lady knows what's up. I watch her videos a lot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qb_x5OIL9z4 zaynie: 2 Likes |
