The Commissioner for Transportation, Comrade Kayode Opeifa, who said this at a meeting with Nigeria Driving School Proprietor Association, added that commencement of the programme is very important, because it plays a prominent role in determining the quality of drivers on the road. Fashola leads, others follow. this is a welcomed development. hopefully, we hall soon stop to see old rickety jalopy miserable VW beetles traipsing down our roads in the name of Driving tutorials and constituting nuisance to other road users. wonder what makes driving schools believe that only such ridiculous junkies are good enough to teach learners. As much as learners are not asking for Limo or Hummer, a starlet at least should be okay.
Again, not every Tom or Harry can arbitrarily hit the roads as learner or tutor.
Rili welcomed move !
