Ileke-IdI:

Unless you're classifying Nigeria as the village, then I indeed will need to offer the apology to Nairobi.
Yea, Kenya has not met your match in 419, yahoo-yahoo, visa scam and whatnot.

Transparency International recently ranked Nigeria and Kenya among the worst corrupt countries (both are 139th on the list). If Nigeria is still miles ahead of them in 419, yahoo-yahoo and visa scam, then it means Kenya is really into something corruptly sinister to be in the same rank with Nigeria.

This is the kind of talk I expect from ignorant Americans. I expect way better from Nigerians because I've always known you guys to be intelligent people. Please don't prove me wrong, thanks.
