The way people are coming and registering on nairaland every day is unbelievable. I don't even now the reason behind it, but i guessed it may be the design,freedom,free or the latest news and gist which the site provide within its wonderful sub-sections. And all these are possible with creative and true Nigerians which are Seun osewa and his able collaborators for doing such a great job.
Currently or at the time of this post, Nairaland has 981995 members, which is very close to a million, and am sure before the ending of january 2013 the values will round up to a million. But in order to know the original value or statictics of nairaland, we need all the members that has double or tripple accounts to show up and state kindly.
Is no more a hidden fact that an average nairalander especially the garri and politics activists have two or more accounts. The 'accounts' here comprises of the forgotten password once, the once banned for life the once currently in use and finally the reserved once.
If u know u r involved in such act, kindly write down the username of the account or accounts u doubled or tripled so that seun and his co will delete them leaving u with a pride single account. By doing so we nairalanders will know exactly how many we were, thought i dnt know weather it will affect the marketing strategy, and finally nairaland will be as pure as it was before and its rules or terms not altered. Thanks

Who do u think will agree with this? Dont u know the advantage of having multiple accounts to a member? Dont u know the value of large membership to the admin?. Your suggestion is good. Facebook is the biggest not because membership is prison yard

Why do you keep missing the point here? It will be difficult for forums to have the delete options cos threads can be opened for reference. What happenes to quoted posts? Cos that will mean messing with other people's posts as well

Same condition is applicable on facebook. When someone blocks or delets his account.
