Scientist Predicts 60% Market Collapse I Just stumbled upon this recent prediction and thought I should share... I know most of us hate to read this kind of news but I think it will do us good if we keep investors abreast of situations like this and let them apply diligence. In recent times we've heard financial experts- some of whom correctly predicted past stock market crashes- predicting another major crash. This post is not meant to cause any panic but to make us stay abreast of the recent rumours. Remember the saying 'never trust a consensus'. Due diligence as usual... Back to Netherlands Vs. Argentina Source: http://www.moneynews.com/MKTNews/Finance-Market-Stocks-Aftershock/2013/03/13/id/494569/ #Don'tQuoteMeQuoteTheSource #NaOnlyMeWakaCome 1 Like

angelinvestor: That's a good move you made. I am extremely heavy on DangSugar and i am still buying aggressively..........The battle is still on-going. Traders 1 Vs. Investors 0 Time will tell.Nna e, dis DangSugar is really dissappointing thus far. There seems to be a spiritual force bent on pulling the price down. |

Born2beRich1: Can anybody predict the market? Crashes come like a thief in the night. More so, the nse is still very cheap unless we would expect a pe of 2 and dividend yield of 50% after the crash 2 Likes |

Diamond Bank Dangote Sugar Fidelity Bank Nascon Market full ground. I reason with Morgan Capital for recommending Diamond Bank, because of it's rising profit making profile amongst other indices. |

Dexterax: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/oando-energy-resources-reduces-debt-through-conversion-of-oando-plc-loan-to-equity-2014-07-09-22183420?reflink=MW_news_stmpmy oga, most times lawyers get me lost but I would need to confirm if my below understanding of the statement is correct: 1. OER is the vehicle through which the assets of COP is being acquired. 2. By this loan-to-equity conversion, the stakes of Oando in OER has increased from approx 92% to approx 93.7%. 3. An assumption of subsisting and offered Warrants would raise Oando's ownership to approx 95.5% whereas there is a ceiling pegged at 94.6%. 4. This deal is applied retroactively for a bail-out offered in Feb 2014. Question is: 1. Would it be safe to assume the OER is yet to source for the full amount for which the COP acquisition is valued? Such that a dilution is envisaged so as to make Oando own the max 94.6% it is allowed to own. 2. If the answer to question (1) above is NO, wherein can we rationalize the need for a Rights issue. 3 Likes |
