Mid/Long term winners that will make us wonder if our deliverance from village people was not completed, since we jumped and passed... grin

1. Diamond Bank ( on night transportation out of town gradually, dawn is nearer)
2. Caverton ( The bottom may be here)
3. FMN ( Vehemently resisting the bullies)
4. Zenith Bank ( has a duplicate key to CBN'S back door)

Four is fair.... grin

After a while, history will be boldend.

Certain about Nos 2, 3 and 4.

But with No 1, we would need some little more help from those seemingly 'imprisoned' results to determine how swift we can key in, and the appropriate price timing.
For though a lot has been put out about the sale of assets to help aid bottom line but sometimes, after all is said and done, more is said than done !!

Came back from missionary trip this evening.

I've concluded that many folks here and even the owners of this property do not like the way I post here.
So I wouldn't be doing anything spiritual here again. However, if you are one of those that used to be encouraged,

You are doing a good job.
CCNN should be viewed by Jijoists and Wanajoists differently.... grin
Beta glass is not for the faint hearted.... grin

What is your take on DANGCEM?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by PharmAlfred: 8:06am On May 07, 2018
Crude oil comfortably sitting above $75. Seems oil price news doesn't affect NSE anymore.
To win in NSE as it stands today will require a lot of patients. Plenty activities but no real difference to portfolio size.

The real winners, will be investors who discreetly chose companies that will give 30-50% return. The days of 100% return seems to be behind us.

Beta Glass is NOT liquid. Dividend yield is LOW. They are a well managed company and control the bottle/packaging business. The 'Leventis' people are a major shareholder. Not sure I am willing to buy at this price. Those were stocks bought at N5.00!

Are the companies having 100% growth in revenue, profit etc So why expect 100% growth? A 100% growth will be followed with a CRASH

PETERiCHY:
First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Stanbic IBTC, Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) and Zenith Bank Plc have been appointed the settlement banks for the $2.5 billion bilateral currency swap agreed between the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the People’s Bank of China (PBoC) which was announced Thursday.

https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2018/05/04/fbn-stanbic-stanchart-zenith-appointed-settlement-banks-for-naira-rmb-currency-swap/amp/

With this development USD will crash.

There are indications that the naira may begin to gain strength in the days to come as Nigerian banks conclude plans to open shops in China.

This followed the pact signed by both the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) on a RMB15 billion (about N720 billion) currency swap.

With the swap, some banks with international licence but without presence in China have begun processes to open shop in the Asian giant. Eyes Of Lagos findings reveal that some tier one banks with presence in Europe and other African countries have applied to the CBN to obtain approval to open shop in China.

An insider in one of the top tier banks confirmed to our correspondent that talks are already ongoing in the bank on opening shop in China, even as the bank would soon be seeking regulatory approval.

MSCI ADDITION FOR 4 MAY 2018/GENERAL MARKET COMMENT

As of Friday 4 May 2018. Selling by the fund continues, from the equities on disposal, Lafarge was hit the hardest looking at percentage of holding disposed. Therefore, this is not a good time to buy Lafarge.

Again following the fund paid off for me, as I was prevented from following the crowd to buy at the highs. Was able to get into Mobil PLC (11 PLC), at a good price just like in my post on Friday morning, thanks to my broker and the on-line trading platform.

Moving forward, the current price of NAHCO will be a good entry. This level is supported by fundamentals, good support level and our earnings system (sorry, details of earnings system is only available to our subscribers). See screen short from my trading platform below.

As usual, I am investing with peace of mind knowing that I follow the footstep of the big money and the use of tried/tested entry systems. I am very happy with these entries due to my following a good process.

Return on Net Asset too LOW, less than 3%;
Price per every unit sold is too HIGH, almost twice.
