The Majority of the importers and importation are mostly those from the east of Nigeria and i see no reason why the ports in Warri, Onne,Calabar,Akwa-ibom should not be upgraded and made standard to handle the same volume of goods handled in Tincan and Apapa wharf, this again speaks volume of the lack of insensitivity of those in Govt of the plight of importers who clear their good from Lagos and pay exhorbitant fees to transport same good through our terrible roads to other parts of the country.
