The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has failed in its attempt to elect a new Board of Trustee (BoT) chairman to succeed Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, who resigned last year April. The party could not reach a concensus on who succeeds Obasanjo, at his congress Tuesday night, following the refusal of the board’s secretary, Senator Walid Jibrin, to step down |
