My dear 419 is an old school that is still striving very well in Nigeria.
Remember 419 no bi only when directed to Oyibos.What about the once directed on our people.Before Decree 419 came out,we have what use to be "obtaining by tricks".The machinery of government have only succeeded is driving the so called yahoo boyz out of Internet cafes.Also now the EFCC funeral is to announced soon,so 419 is not a Nigeria thing only we too do am.
The 419 letters are for gullable people,other forms of 419 exist that is not been looked into.
Have u not heard how senate member 419 one yanke woman ,make him take get green card.
PDP the ruling party just held paralell state congresses for naija make them take rule the poor people.

want a church that will use this fund for orphanages, helping the
widows,
propagating the word of God and to endeavour that the house of God is

to know about this development. With God all things are possible.
