Hello Niralanders!....

I presented this during a youth seminar some time ago, it's now precise and concise.

NB. Don't skip any of these tips.

Please read through as you may find these tips impactful.

True intelligence starts when men recognize that they know nothing!. You cannot make something out of someone else until you can make something out of yourself. You have to take note of the following tips;

1. Self Discovery; This is simply, what do you know about yourself? The events minds know about Chelsea football club and never care to know about him/her self. You need to discover yourself!

2. Self Development; What have you done with the things you know about yourself? Are you just piling up titles without responsibilties?.

3. Self Deployment; What are you ready to do? Connections don't go to where they will be valued, they go to where they will be appreciated!

4. Let Nothing Master You; Some people cannot change even when it is compulsory for their upliftment. Package yourself in a way you will be able blend! You must not be a chorister but a training ground. If a particular thing masters you, it may keep you out of God's plans for you.

5. Normacy is boredom; Life is more boring when there is nothing challenging your life. Create one if there is nothing challenging your life not to participate but to win, take up responsiblities!. Don't be like a container that is always receiving and retaining rather be a vessle that transports and transmits. Don't do something unless you are compelled, don't be limited, static rather be a channel and an unlimited dynamic world changer. Every potentials that you deserve for changes have been given to to you according to God's predetermined abilities. What you do with the resources is a matter of choice.

6. Work on your Unrealized Potentials; In the inside of you lies energy at rest, so work on it, stirr it up the gifts and talents in you!

7. Attainment is only Now; Don't postphone what you can do today tomorrow! Goals should be the future. If you need to grow, it is now. Don't procastinate. The only reason for a reason is for a purpose, so fight it now!

8. Get a life Coach; A life Coach will hold you accountable for a change, help u exploit you potentials, he will help you deal with your fears, your dark side, he will help you in maintaining focus!

9. Little Minds (Critics personalities); These categories of people don't have suggestions and will never support ideas that make things work!

10. Average Minds(Events analysts); These categories tell past events, present analysis and negative conclusions about the future. They can tell everything you will need to know about Football clubs in the world and neither think nor remember anything about themselves!

11. Great Minds(Idea Thinkers); They invent, discover, develop ideas that make things work and enjoy life to the fullest. So by now you have known where you belong.

God never creates something without a purpose. He created including all resources He's given us to have good life and God expects the resources given to us to flow through us to benefit others.

Learn to make independent decisive decisions, it is better to fail in originality than to succeed by imitation. Learn to say NO to the good and YES to the best.
