A South African Court has found Henry Okah guilty of terrorism charges levelled against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria...Okah is accused of masterminding 2 car bombings in Abuja on Oct. 1 2010 where 12 people were killed and 36 were injured. He was arrested in Johannesburg the following day....

Okah was allegedly the leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) which claimed responsibility for the blasts. He is expected to be formerly sentenced on the 31st January or the 1st February...

His offence carries the possibility of a life sentence in South Africa...
