FAAN Begins Evacuation Of Abandoned Aircraft Nationwide by Afriface: 8:22pm On Jan 26, 2013
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), this week began the evacuation of all abandoned aircraft in airports across the country. A special task force committee was set up to handle the project. The evacuation of abandoned aircraft began from the Murtala Mohammed Airport (MMA), Lagos, from there it move to Abuja airport. The 13 abandoned aircraft in Lagos will be dismantled and its parts transported to a steel company for recycling.

Who are the id!ots who left those planes there in the first place? Dont they know you can sell those planes for millions of dollars as scrap metal.

Yes you can if there is no claim against them! Okada Air is a common sight in MMIA and we all know how it went burst -Debt!
