Kai, it is however surprising that the thread opener is the same Ibime who is one of SLS's foot soldiers on this forum, defending CBN's present "reform" that has deliberately allowed a glaringly inept Nothern unity bank to go untouched.

I agree with you on most states listed but I would have placed Adamawa to replace Kaduna, that state is another Nigeria with varying geographical landscape, cultures and weather.
