Highschool lover: Here i'll wait in the neem's shadow my pressed pin-strip shirt ruffled by the new bark print touching the sensitive plant its furling leafs will be my friend in this lone vegetative state straighten my stooped spine fold and unfold my fatigued arms. And when its break-time junior students spill out like billowing flames from their classrooms i'll beckon at one conspiratorily hand him a white envelope to be delivered to you. |

Early Pleasures of the skin Watches plodding hands go in Soft and warm It stroked though the belly contours Before flitting the clothes Like a sting of passion The moan of ecstasy in action The bloodstream overflows with e..rection And the pleasure pipe squirts lipton emotions Oh lazy romance I have no pair but sole, I only live in my hearts' empty hole With zippers closed On 5.8 inches hose >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Few meters to my toilet But I chose To mess up my sheets Cuz the pill of sleep got me drunk... 2 Likes |

I DON'T KNOW By the village tree Sat its simpatico kinsmen Gathered under Solomon's shadow Smoking pipe of tobacco leave Telling tales of women While waxing crafty willows In their proclivity To whine, laugh and grieve As their wrinkle weighs tittle tears *********** Mothers chinwags About their men prowess, Bickering in breathe-like sound As others cajole and buttress, Some scalawag Dressed in Judas gown Posed like an actress Took mouth to ears Before two men - old good friends... And they wrestled themselves to the ground ************ Their children plays peekaboo, All lost in the glowing night, Crickets chirping with silence Dogs barking, Women bickering, Waxing men wrestling, Kids playing, The dark stage illumine The lantern refereed - Dimming in dramatic plight ********** Red-capped chiefs Staggered to the scene The hubbub tot up glean With all its facts, Caused lovers to become strangers And friends swore to be foes Each tasting the sands Pointing fingers Up high and the dusty moon Cooed the stars in one accord ************* Later in the night Aggrieved men seeks a brother Cuz they couldn't sleep under their covers As amity is lighter while Hatred weighs lead, Fielding mothers Longs for the warmth of peace As carefree Children Snores under their sheets And before the co ck crows, Pride were sheathed by fathers With all agreeing That they all live for others 2 Likes |

Cuddlemii is busy now so we need you to take the mantle, pls. Tim, have you had any published works? I don't think i agree with you on that one. Guy, Na wa to you oooo. I can't say if I have any but a friend is seeking to publish one of my poetic stories (not The Convict) soon. I'm sorry I can't take up Cuddlemii"s spot cuz I'm always on the move, i.e I travel a lot and the task requires adequate concentration and composure (which are like gold to me aside working). I think I'm better of as a participant. But I trust you can handle the contest very well judging from the passion you have for poetry and the way you handled the weekly contest before the Nairaland Tsunami |

A TEAR It takes one soul to save another, one shy smile to fall in love; I've got one heart but please don't bother, one broken heart is just enough. It takes one hand to hold her finger, one strong arm to make her stay; it takes a memory to make it linger, one strong will to make a way. It takes one word to make me cry, one closed eye to blink back tears; just one thought as the day goes by, just one day in the months of years. It takes one lie to make me bleed, and break my heart of clay; it took you forever to hurt me, took me a tear to wash it all away... 3 Likes |

HOLY SSHIT I was on my way to a close friend's house, it was midnight and there was not even a mouse. I silently walked alone on the narrow streets; by then, everyone should have been in their bedsheets. I was thinking of my friend, who calls himself Amos; I was about to make a turn when I felt something around my anus... Shitt! Shitt! Oh, shit it was indeed. I ran faster and faster with incredulous speed... ---- Damn! Damn! I couldn't make it there in time, i saw a random building - a shitt in time saves nine... I was grunting in pleasure when a priest walked in. I was shitting in a church? Oh damn.. This is a sin! He saw me there, grunting with all my might. ''Holy Shitt!'', he screamed. He couldn't have been more right... 1 Like |
