I recently opened a thread about the delta state police commissioner. He is a proven criminal that has turned delta state police command into a den of robbers and hired killers. And he is primarily there to protect fugitive uduagban's nefarious activities.

These targets could be behind the recent leaking if the multi million fraud in delta state and they want them dead,since uduagban will be directly connected to the fraud. Just like the multi billion naira ghost workers syndicate that he mastertminds in delta.
