I was order for item through aliexpress yesta night and i was charge #170 per dollar intead of #165.And this morning i went to my bank for camplain unfortunate d banker now tell me that exchange rate is high now.btw yesta night and this morng d dollar now is 172 per dollar.Mr nairaland where is problem?.
