(Diamond Bank Is not reliable)
Diamond Bank has started closing customers account without refund.
My two account (0024-6495-29 and 0029-2082-35) with them was closed last week without reason nor notification.
Even if you email,call or visit them,they we only say we are sorry its from head office.
I advice you open account with any other reliable Bank and empty your account with them.

were the two accounts dormant? And for long were they dormant? I doubt they would close ur accounts if u had money in them. Or were u using ur accounts for fraudalent transactions? I put it to u that u know why ur accounts were closed. U dnt want to spill out the reasons why they were closed. The banks will have notified u in advance that ur accounts will be closed.

What makes an account to become dormant? inactivity and out of use for over a long period of time. I doubt it will be closed if you have your funds in the account. Diamond bank is one of the best in d banking industry with good customer service. You know why your account is closed if at all is closed just take the simple step of applying for your account reactivation and it will be done. People jshould try to get things done accordingly and learn how to solve problems amicably with their banks, business partners or whatever before coming here to derail and accuse business personality or corporate bodies wrongly.

I operate the two account up date,only to walk into bank and discover that my accounts has been closed.Godwin (The Branch Manager,gave me bank manager of my balance and refuse to give reason nor advice.Head office also refuse to give reason. I strongly believe sooner or later you will have the same experience.
Since then I hate diamond bank with passion and i always refuse to take their cheque.
Another funny surprise from Diamond in April 2013.They sent statement of account of #-216,000 in an ordinary savings account I open with #1000 with another branch and stop using after they closed my two accounts without reason nor notice.
For verification below are my account with diamond bank plc unreliable bank.

it doesn't make sense for them to close your account without any justifiable reason(s). The essence of being in the banking business is for you and i. If no one kept their monies with them, they would have folded up a long time ago. So i put it to you that you know why your account was closed. However, if the numbers below are accurate, i will run a background check on them. And for the records, I do not work with Diamond Bank but i have been banking with them for a long time.

You are not d only who is not happy with DBN.

I bank with DBN and 3 other Nigerian banks; non is perfect.

Recentlty, FBN froze my account because they couldn't confirm that I reside at the address I gave them.

Fine, I no longer reside in the said address. But why will a bank freeze a customer's account without informing him/her. Meanwhile they have my email id and phone numbers.

But as for DBN, I have had plenty unpleasant experiences with them (DBN); they don't/can't surprise me any more .

Diamond bank hapens ŧ☺ be one of d best bank so far.Have been banking wit dem for over 5years and have not had any regret ever using dem.So I won't believe ur accusation towards dem.
