Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State ©, his wife Roli, with Rev. Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe, the Publisher, Our Daily Manna during the 2 days prayer retreat, Power to Recover All, held at The Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.

Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta state and over 30,000 others yesterday gathered at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba to lift there hand in prayer for themselves, Delta state, and Nigeria as a whole. Governor Uduaghan while reassuring the multitudes of worshipers of his administrations intention to finish strong thanked them for coming out for the programme, making time out among other things to pray for their dear state, Delta state and for believing in his administration. The 2 days prayer retreat tagged, Power to Recover All, was kick started on Friday 15th February 2013, and top Government functionaries representing the state at all levels (Federal, State and Local) were in in attendance.

My goodness, how embarrasing. What on earth are they praying for?! Look at the state of the stadium they're in, have they no shame? Two days in a retreat??!! Doesn't the govenor think that time could be better spent working to improve roads, electricity supply, water supply etc. etc. etc.?! I despair - totally misplaced priorities.
