SHUT it there. There are JTF troops operating in Nasarawa cos of the security challenges there. They were of course deployd by d President afta d State Govt's request. Now, the State Govt can ask these already deployd troops to take care of any emerging security concern without seeking d direct permissn of d President. Wheda it was d State Govt Or even d Univ Authorities who intimated d troops to d protest is debated, but it was not d President that did so. The President's responsibility is to find out exactly what led to d death of those students, and order specific sanctions where appropiate
