Should we continue to blame the Government or take personal responsibilities by Nobody: 10:01am On Mar 02, 2013
Should we blame the government for the lack basic amenities, not enough space in our universities, bad roads, unemployment,etc.? Or we should take personal responsibility for our lives and move on!
