Burrow pit dumping is usually a police or vigilante affair. I suspect Police on this one and likely MASSOB or kidnappers as the victims. On a side note Mgbirichi is not in Owerri but a town in Ohaji/Egbema located between Owerri and Umurelu(Rivers State) on the Port Harcourt-Owerri expressway. |

Ohaji people are closely related to Uratta, Ikwerre, Ngor and Etche people with Ikwerre and Etche in Rivers while Ohaji, Ngor and Uratta/Owerri is in Imo. In the old LGA system Ohaji was grouped with Egbema and Oguta who are closely related to Ogba and Ndoni with elements of Isu/Orsu. We are all in Orlu zone represented for long by Arthur Nzeribe. |
