OMG!!! The man should be fired. These are the kind of people occupying public position, little wonder it takes the heavens to come down before projects are completed in this country.

Funny! But honestly its pardonable. Most govt agency don't have active and well updated website.
The real issue is the recruitment scam, that is unpardonabe.
