When last did you try reciting it and can you still recite it without anybody helping you out?

I can only Recite BIAFRIAN STATE and capital..... anyway first to comment for the first time.....

Reciting is like cramming! reciting it doesn't mean you know.....when i randomly ask state to state and you answer correctly, then you know it! which i can do very well even with its present governors.

Including US states and capital, canadian provinces and territories and their capitals, many of the japanese prefectures and capitals. Not forgetting worlds countries and capitals.
But the problem is i cant recite them alphabetically.
