Controversial former minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and now chieftain of the Buhari led Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), Malam Nasir Elrufai has called on the Federal Government to give amnesty to Boko Haram and other Islamic militants. In a video released today and which appears below, the former minister is heard advocating that an amnesty for Islamic militants is the way to peace. It will also be recalled that Elrufai had accused Christian Southerners of being behind Boko Haram in Tweets on Twitter as well as a facebook post on his facebook profile. |
