First run a scan on the power train before you carry out any repairs. Cheers

people you surprise me

the code was pulled out and it pointed at the problem and you keep on trying to say the ECU is the problem

the faulty part is the shift solenoid which was picked as code P0770

cars of today are very simple in picking problem which are connected to the ECU aka brainbox the ECU records what going on with car through sensors and when a code is picked which is record by the ECU that code point to the exact problem

its very rare for an ECU to go bad most of the time its the sensors that send signals to the ECU, most of the time AND you simply replace them and erase the code from the ECU
