The Misinterpretation Of The Palm Sunday / ***happy Palm Sunday*** / Palm Sunday Procession In Offa (pictures). (2) (3) (4)
Palm Sunday. by Richieboyn: 7:59pm On Mar 23, 2013 |
PALM SUNDAY. This is the Sunday that begins the 'HOLY WEEK' of the Church. The feast marks Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. Palm Sunday is usually marked by the use of palm fronds(sometimes tied to the shape of a cross) together with 'Hosanna in the highest' chants by the congregation while the do a PUBLIC procession on the streets in a similar manner like 'Christ the King'. BIBLICAL BASIS: The symbolism is captured in Zechariah 9:9 "The Coming of Zion's King – See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey". According to the Gospels, Jesus rode a donkey into Jerusalem, and the celebrating people there lay down their cloaks in front of him, and also lay down small branches of trees. The people sang part of Psalm 118: 25– 26 – ... Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. We bless you from the house of the Lord ... The symbolism of the donkey may refer to the Eastern tradition that it is an animal of peace, unlike the horse, which is the animal of war. A king came riding upon a horse when he was bent on war and rode upon a donkey when he wanted to point out he was coming in peace. Jesus' entry to Jerusalem would thus symbolize his entry as the Prince of Peace, not as a war-waging king. So, go out tomorrow with the other members of your Church, proclaiming JESUS as the PRINCE of PEACE. Goodevening... 7 Likes

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed” (Revelation 13:11-12). Looking around the political and religious world in which we live, it would seem that prophecy is starting to speed up into overdrive. Much speculation has been made of signs and seasons that beckon the possible soon return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. No other prophecy is more central in symbolism than the prophecy concerning the False Prophet to come that will support the “deity” of the Antichrist. Since I was a small child I have heard of one religious institution the Antichrist and/or the False Prophet would come from. Not withstanding that there a lot of people that make this denomination the home of their worship, I do not intend to denigrate their belief system, as there are many good people who follow this denomination and only wish to follow God to the best of their ability. But here are the facts. What denomination am I speaking of? You know, already. It is the Roman Catholic Church who has held sway over political and religious power for nearly 1400 years, and only in recent history has its power waned from it’s “glory” days of full and complete power over all of mankind, including kings, princes, and every economy on the face of the earth. I have written many articles concerning this “church” as they believe to have been founded by the apostle Peter, as the first pope. I am reading and have yet to fully finish the book by Tom Horn and Cris Putman titled, Petrus Romanus - The Final Pope Is Here. I must encourage everyone who is looking for the signs and seasons of our Lord’s return to secure this book. In it you will find the sullen history of the popes and anti- popes that were nothing short of demon possessed and filled with the lust of the flesh and desires of earthly pleasure/power. Their antics and affairs would make any Christian’s hair stand on end. It’s not an indictment per se, but its history of the debauchery, the blood letting -- the “church” falling away from being the church that Jesus spoke of in Matthew16. “And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18). The church delivered to the apostles started out on the right foot but during the next few hundred years that church ran aground and instead of the church of God, it became the church of men seeking power. Of course as any true Christian believer can determine for his or her self by doing a study of the “Rock” that Jesus spoke of, He was speaking of Himself, not Peter. Peter would go onto to deny Him three times and be asked also, three times if he truly loved the Lord. But the Roman Catholic Church holds to the premise that Peter was the first pope. Of course that is not the focus of this message, as you can find all the sordid details that I learned in Bible College at an early age in their book. This book only re-enforced my recollection of what I already knew. The Roman Catholic Church has always been about power, and very little about the gospel to hold men in their grips. Saint Malachy’s Prophecy A lot has been said, pondered, and much titillation of the senses about the coming of this “last pope” in a vision by this 12th century Irish Catholic priest by the name of St. Malachy. You can read all you want in any encyclopedia or even online at Wikipedia to get the history of the Catholic priest that has many saying that his predictions were a forgery by those who used his name to promote, Cardinal Girolamo Simoncelli’s bid for the papacy in the second conclave of 1590, and that it was divinely ordained. I am a little bewildered how some of his late predictions of modern history popes have a smack of fulfilled prophecy. But I am cautious to believe a long dead priest, noting the forgeries and shenanigans of the Roman Catholic elite to further their nefarious claim to power. But it is an interesting tidbit of spice to add to the smorgasbord of intrigue related to the Roman Catholic Church. But one thing I do note, if there is a power struggle and power to be had then you can bet your bippy that the Roman Catholic Church is involved. My friend, count on it. It is their M.O. and their sordid history. |

Only God (Jehova) knows which is true or false, what I've resolved to do now; is read the holy bible, interpret it as led. And most importantly, look for opportunities to help anybody, cos they are God's treasures, he values them more than any treasure on earth. If you can't help them, don't hurt them. |
