My beloved people of Ward 9, Brass LGA, Bayelsa State. Finally the result sheets did not arrive & PDP hijacked three units namely Miniebele Open space(unit 3), Tempruah Polo Open Space(unit 17) and a unit in Bekekiri. Since the result sheets did not come till about 6:15 p.m, the supervisory presiding officers and the security officers declared that election did not hold in Ward 9, Brass LGA, Bayelsa State. To further prove to you all that election did not hold in ward 9, Brass LGA, Bayelsa State. On the 23rd of March, 2013. We will soon upload the video evidence on youtube, www.nairaland.com, facebook, twitter e.t.c. The links will be every where in the world very soon. . UPDATE: The Bayelsa State INEC chairman announced earlier today that pdp swept the council poll. This is the first video prove in the series.
