Dropcatch caught the domain name and just auctioned it for $5,050. There's no way you could have backordered the domain for $69 and win it at that price.

I know it takes more energy to sell an hyphenated domain to the unhyphenated version owner who is not a German but easier other way round.

The domain in preference was in my watch list before it was available for BACKORDER

when i later check the whois record , i understand that it was caught and sold by dropcatch
