Is God's help a default phenomenom about life? Does God help us whether or not we ask?

Or does God help those who ask for his help and ignore those who do not ask?

If d 1st question is true then there is no need for ur post,

But if 2nd question is true then who provides for those who don't ask (as u can see that they are everywhere living well, getting healed when they asr sick. And also why do some of those who ask still lack, why do thet have to workhard, struggle just as those who don't ask do.

Lastly how does someone helping u transforms to God touching him to help u? Did the person tell u that God asked him to? Or did God tell u He asked d person to help?
