An abandoned property in a Lagos slum belongs to Bayelsa state? How many state governments own such? How many of such does Bayelsa own?

Would Bayelsa state have disclosed that the building belongs to it if the Oba had not spoken or if the terror suspects had not been caught?

This matter deserves further investigations.
