Hello guru in the house.....pls I went to a shop today to get my own Q10 but unfortunately I left without buying any phone due to some question am comfuse about before releasing my cash.....I ask them about warranty and they said blackberry don't give warranty becos there office is not in nigeria.... So my question is, is it true that they didn't give warranty for newly bb phone becos am scared of issue people use to complain about blackberry....pls should I go for it like that or did you have any place to recomend for me to buy the phone.....pls I will appreciate your responds

konga gives just one week warranty....i doubt if ull get more dan one month anywhere in nigeria

I can relate with your post, because I was in your shoes. When I went to buy my q10, I asked for a warranty because I was skeptical about shelling out all that money. They told me the same thing, you can only get a warranty if you're buying from a blackberry office. I went on to buy the phone because I had bought a phone prior, and so I could vouch for the guy.

Today i'm rocking this very beautiful machine with no regrets. Just make sure you're buying from a reputable shop, if you don't know any then buy from SLOT.

ok, hit the menu button and click on "show all" and your icons should show up, maybe your icons are in the folder you created, if they are in the folder then you'll have to move them out of the folder, hope this helps.

you misunderstood me. my icons on the menu are intact. am talking about the BB/BIS symbol that appears at the top of the screen right beside the E/H symbol and my BBM not working.
