officially the os ur phone is asking u to update is the latest one. Now the os 10.3.0.1052 is a leaked os (it's not official) and blackberry have said the existing BlackBerry 10 smartphone users will not get this 10.3.0**** but we will get 10.3.1.****. But if u want to have a feel of the os that will be coming next then u can install the leak os 10.3.0.1052 but u have to download it to ur system to be able to install it cos it's not official. On which is better 10.3 is better but because it's not made for public use first u might have some issues. But all in all they are good. Hope u understand now

although 10.3.0.1052 is d latest it is not an official os, and might have some bugs of some sort but whatever is pushed to ur phone in this case .2977 has been tested/certified and is official

first of all when u plugged in ur phone the blackberry device manager will pop up asking u to put ur device password check the first pic. And once u put the password it will show u that ur device is connected and will show u the second pic. And then when u go to ur computer u will see ur device there the 3rd pic. So u have to check if ur BlackBerry device manager is there if not I will suggest u unistall the link and install it back. Better still connect ur system to network and check for link update.
