are you sure it's a real Z10? while I know it can get hot and goes off at odd hours mostly when on 3G on heavy use, my Z10 doesn't hang. although it occasionally refuses to launch apps till I restart it. + you didn't have to pull out the battery for 12 hours. truth be told: pulling out my battery for a while when the calibration is okay sometimes causes fresh calibration problems for me. you should upload screen shots of the phone. or, like Walcom suggested, return the phone back to the seller

you might need to unlock the device first. the most cost effective bis currently is glo complete month package....1k gets you 3gb of bis data to blow through in 30days

Looks like GLO subscribers have increased significantly over the period and we are overloading their servers
No cause for alarm, it could have been a system upgrade.

happened to me too. it's working fine now. changed apn to glosecure, gloflat and changed it back to BlackBerry.net .dunno whether that had anything to do with it working again. prolly fixed itself

Please ooo, how do I highlight/ select, copy and paste with q5? Plus, my phone powers itself when ever I plug it for charging even after switching it off! Please what should I do to keep it off till it completes charging cos I really want to calibrate the battery!

just place your finger on the text you want to copy, come icons (copy, paste, select all etc) will pop up and two blue blobs also show up allowing you to drag over the text you want to highlight
